At which casino and what slot machines in Laughlin NV have the best chances to win?
Question by pzmagic3: At which casino and what slot machines in Laughlin NV have the best chances to win?
Going to Laughlin end of March and have very little money to play with, and don’t we all want to win? I’d be happy to break even, I just don’t want to lose what little I’m taking the first hour I’m there.

First things first: You will lose if you gamble. Period.
This is ten years of working in a casino talking.
Okay, now:
Some places are legally obligated to tell you their payout percentages if you ask. The higer the percentage, the better it is for you. They might not have to tell you, but it’s worth asking.
Slot machines that are the most visible are usually set to pay out more. Casinos are VERY psychological. If you see people winning, then you’re more inclined to believe that you will, too. So look for machines that are the most visible from the most directions.
The machines that cost more to play pay out more. Not only in value, but in percentage, too. A machine that lets you play nickles takes a LOT longer to earn the same amount of money as a machine that plays dollars. The machines are the same size, so the lower rate will need to keep more money.
Again, the slot machine is the single biggest way for a casino to make money. MOST casino’s in Vegas have been removing table games and replacing them with slot machines.
Just keep all this in mind, and you’ll have a better chance.
Good luck!

Is it illegal to take 2p’s from slot machines?
Question by Joey: Is it illegal to take 2p’s from slot machines?
I was at the arcades yesterday and I couldn’t be bothered to spend my own money so I was searching the other machines for any 2p’s that were left and then one of the staff working there told me not to as it was tantamount to theft? Even after they were long gone and had left maybe 2 or 4p?
True? False?
Best answer:
Answer by Bilbo
True It was not your money was it – so it is theft.
Technically it belongs to the person who left it behind – the amount is irrelevant – and they could return to claim it at any time. You are also on the arcade operator’s premises – so he makes the rules.

Are there any online casinos with Big Times Pay slot machines?
Question by Casino Chip: Are there any online casinos with Big Times Pay slot machines?
I just played this game on my last trip to Reno – tons of fun!
Best answer:
Answer by Anita Johnson
I’m sorry, but no online casinos offer Big Times Pay slots yet. There are, however, some online casinos that offer games similar to 5 Times Pay. 5 Times Pay is a slot machine that has a 5X multiplier every time you get a wild in a winning combination. You can read more about online casinos with games like 5 Times Pay and other Las Vegas style slots at http://www.ranked-online-casinos.com/igt-slots.html

To PDQ:
We have a family friend who is very critical of gambling and gamblers. Unlike you she is negative even about light gambling. Oddly she is a shopaholic. She will go out and by a $ 800 purse then realize she has no money, only to try to sell it to friends and family. You can count on her to try pass off her overpriced junk off on people. This person has had her lights cut off and filed for bankruptcy all due to shopping. Yet she never gambles.
Just sharing you know, I hope you don’t mind, since you freely put in your unrequested 2 cents.

Do Foxwoods slot machines still except quarters?
Question by pulleyman123: Do Foxwoods slot machines still except quarters?
Should I bring my bucket of quarters from home, or do the machines only except bills?
Best answer:
Answer by ZCT
Almost all casinos have phased out coin machines these days. It is so tedious and expensive to empty the machines and then count and bank the quarters. It is much more cost effective to use the tickets.
I’d take all your quarters to one of those change machines they have in the supermarket and exchange them for bills before you go.
