THERE IS REALLY NO TRICK, GIMMICK, OR LUCK WHEN PLAYING THE SLOT MACHINES. THERE IS ALSO NO SUCH THING AS A COLD OR HOT MACHINE.
THE NEVADA GAMING BOARD COMMISON IS THE ONE THAT ASSIGNS THE PERCENTAGE THE CASINOS WILL MAKE. IF FOR SOME REASON CASINOS DON’T FOLLOW THIS RULES OR GUIDELINES THEY CAN BE FINE OR

No, they can’t just change them on a whim. It requires opening up the machine and replacing a chip. Slot machines have different chips in them, depending on the payout percentage.
