Question by Brina: Best casino in Shreveport/Bossier City for slots?
Which casinos in Shreveport or Bossier have you found to have the best payouts with the loosest slots? Which do you think has the best rooms? The Eldorado is booked for the night we are going, so if that is your answer, what is the second? The Horseshoe, Samstown? I’ve never been to Shreveport, so any advice is appreciated!

Honestly, it just doesn’t matter. These machines were designed to take you money, and most of the time, that’s just what they’re going to do. Once in a while you’ll get lucky and go home with more money that you came with, but in the long run, you’ll always give the casino your money.

WHY are you going? To have fun, I hope. HAVE FUN, then! Set aside a certain amount of money with which to gamble, and have fun! If you win, it’ll be even more fun, I know, but you can still have fun with the right attitude and with the right friends.

On Friday and Saturday nights the Excalibur pays off 97% on the dollar slots…. don’t think that penny slots are around anymore unless you go downtown…..quarter slots payoff are about the same at any casino……here’s a dollar ….play the slot for me at the Excalibur……Good Luck

For the low house advantage games. is it possible for gambling to become a consistant profit? Of course you will have those unlucky days and those lucky days, but in the long run, with the proper strategy, is it possible to make a profit? Thanks

If a person learns how to count cards, he can beat blackjack.
If a person can play poker better than his opponents, he can win at poker.
If a person is a disciplined sports handicapper, he can beat the sports bookmakers.
If a person is an expert video poker player, he can beat certain machines or high payout progressive machines.

There isn’t much else that can be beaten unless you cheat or find a table with flawed machinery.

I am planning a brief stay in Las Vegas, where are the “best” paying slot machines there? What casino and what slot machines paid off big for you? Was your winning recent, within a few months of this posting? Buffet: Where and was it Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner?

I have always had the best luck with slots at Caesar’s. My favorite is Double Diamond Deluxe, because the payouts are more frequent. In fact, on my trip in January, I won the jackpot ($ 400) on a 25-cent DDD slot there.

The best dinner buffet I had was at Paris. I can’t remember the name of the restaurant, but it’s located inside the shopping area. It’s the only buffet place I know of in that casino, so it should be easy to find. Another good all around buffet is at Bally’s. The Aladdin (soon to be Planet Hollywood) also apparently has a good buffet, but I never got in because the line was too long and I was too impatient and hungry!

I heard many people say the best slot machines are near main aisles where people walk and near bathrooms. They say the reason is so the guests can here the “ringing” and sounds of winning, which would make people stay and gamble. Anyone have any facts to confirm this or is it pure rumorville? It does makes sense but i’m not sure if they are grouped any certain way.

I’m talking about good winnings on a steady basis (pure luck i guess you can say). Maybe one particular casino you find or have found lately most lucky on the strip. Not talking pure facts here, just where you have found the best results. My Vegas trip is getting closer and i would like a plan of actions on which casinos to hit up for slots.

circus circus just came back labor day on fri everything my girlfriend played hit on sat every thing i played hit and we just play pennys and nickles putting a 20 in a penny machine and hit the button twice 292 dollars not bad for pennys also downtown at the 4 queens and the fritz if you park at the fritz the give you 3 hours free parking but remenber to get your parking ticket validated good luck and have fun

lol, no. Try roulette if you know nothing about gambling. Otherwise, learn poker and you can actually play with some positive “ev”(expected value). Blackjack and Bacarat are borderline if you are an expert so.. I would have to go with slightly less than like 47% or so on your money by just doing black and red in roulette. You can also try something like a Martingale strategy although it won’t work in the long term. However, you might squeeze in a bit of profit. Look it up. But don’t think that it will work forever. That would be MUCH MUCH better than slots though. Hope this helps.
